Shipping Policy

Pan India delivery in 3–5 business days. This policy applies to orders placed through https://themunchief.com/.

We deliver across India to pincodes served by our courier partners. Enter your six-digit pincode on the product page or at checkout to check delivery and payment availability. Some remote or temporarily restricted locations may not be serviceable. We do not currently ship internationally.

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from order confirmation and successful payment or receipt of the partial-COD advance. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates depend on your pincode and will be shown before payment. During peak periods, weather disruptions or courier delays, we will inform you of any material change.

Shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹799 and free for orders of ₹799 or more, calculated on the paid product subtotal after discounts and before shipping or COD charges. The same threshold applies to prepaid and eligible partial-COD orders. Any partial-COD service fee is shown separately before payment.

We send your tracking link after dispatch. Please provide a complete address, landmark, pincode and reachable phone number.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier and may not be possible. We will disclose any agreed redelivery charge in advance.

If the stated delivery estimate has passed, contact customer care with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and advise the next step.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or delivered because of an issue on our side, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. This policy does not limit your legal rights.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, photograph it and contact us promptly. Where possible, record the condition with the courier. Do not consume leaking, open or damaged food or drink.
