Munchief currently delivers to serviceable locations within PAN India. Delivery availability is determined by the PIN code entered during checkout.

We may add, restrict or temporarily suspend delivery to particular locations because of courier availability, weather, public restrictions, operational constraints or product characteristics.

Orders are normally processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. During launches, festivals, sales or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from order confirmation and successful payment, subject to the estimate shown for your pincode.

Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but delays may occur because of courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, address issues, force-majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping, handling and applicable cash-on-delivery charges will be displayed before you confirm the order.

Free-shipping offers may be subject to a minimum order value, serviceable locations, product restrictions or promotional conditions.

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking link or delivery update to your registered email address or mobile number after dispatch.

Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to become active.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, PIN code, telephone number and delivery instructions.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept the order. The courier may contact you to locate the address or confirm delivery.

Munchief is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• An unavailable recipient;
• Restricted access to the delivery location; or
• Failure to respond to reasonable delivery attempts.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an undelivered order must be sent again.

Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting an order. If a parcel appears opened, severely damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

For missing, incorrect, damaged, leaking, spoiled or expired products, contact us within [24/48 hours] of delivery and provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label and affected product; and
• An unedited unpacking video, where reasonably requested for verification.

Please retain the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.

We aim to dispatch products with sufficient remaining shelf life in accordance with applicable food-safety requirements. Storage, allergen and consumption instructions printed on the product packaging must be followed.

Do not consume a product if its seal is broken, the package is swollen or leaking, the product appears contaminated, or its use-by date has passed. Contact Munchief promptly for assistance.

Because food items are consumable and may be perishable or hygiene-sensitive, we generally cannot accept returns based on change of mind, taste preference or an incorrect item ordered by the customer.

A replacement or refund may be considered if:

• The item delivered is materially different from the item ordered;
• The product was damaged, leaking, spoiled or expired at delivery;
• A paid product is missing from the shipment; or
• The parcel was confirmed lost in transit.

Claims remain subject to verification and applicable consumer rights.

Once a claim is approved, Munchief may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or technically unavailable. Banks and payment providers may take five to ten business days to reflect a refund after it is initiated.

Shipping charges are refundable only where required by law or where the entire order is defective, incorrect, cancelled by Munchief or confirmed lost in transit.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Once an order has been packed or handed to the delivery partner, cancellation or address changes may not be possible.

Munchief may cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions or other operational reasons. If payment has already been received, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because Munchief divided an order into multiple shipments.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

Delivery, handling, cash-on-delivery and other permitted charges will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

We may change prices or promotions at any time. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

You grant Munchief a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

The website may contain links to payment providers, delivery partners, social networks or other third-party services. Independent services are governed by their own terms and policies.

A link does not imply that Munchief controls or endorses every aspect of the third-party service.

Products and services are provided subject to their descriptions, applicable warranties and mandatory consumer rights.

For a claim relating to a particular order, Munchief's aggregate contractual liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a different liability is required by law.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, product liability imposed by law or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
